COUNTERTERRORISM AND COUNTERINSURGENCY EDUCATION FOR A CHANGED WORLD

All of Intrepid Group’s officers are former US Government counterterrorism, intelligence and defense operators who provide real world insights based on their unique and invaluable operational experience.

Our Mission and People

The Intrepid Group, LLC is committed to providing the very best counterterrorism and counterinsurgency (COIN) education to all concerned individuals, federal and state organizations, and corporate entities.

Customized Training with Results

After the 9/11 attacks, the Intrepid Group responded by developing customized modular seminars designed to provide the strategic, operational and intelligence skills necessary to uncover and pre-empt the radical Islamist threat. Our courses range from on-line tutorials, to week-long seminars.

The Group’s officers also advise and consult on active police investigations, COIN missions, intelligence analysis, source development, and case management.

Intrepid Group programs focus on the pre-emption, dissuasion, and disruption of Islamist terrorist organizations and their support networks. The tools, information, and techniques provided by the Group have enabled investigators to pursue new avenues of inquiry, revisit cases previously closed, and to refocus internal resources more effectively. The Group is proud to highlight that in almost every jurisdiction in which our courses have been provided, new lines of investigation have been initiated, cold cases have been reviewed and revived, force protection modified, source recruitment enhanced, and COIN approaches modified.

Our Clients

Intrepid Group’s instructors have educated over 10,000 federal, state, county and local government intelligence, and law enforcement personnel, as well as active duty enlisted and officer personnel of the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves.

“This book is dedicated to Vaughn Forrest, the Director of the real United States Congressional Task force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, who has helped to hold the line, despite great difficulties for a decade and a half – and to his wife, Diane”.
